Tiny Mansion Across from Urban Forest -- Walk to Downtown!
This incredible furnished modern cottage is across from a gorgeous urban nature trail system, and it's super close to downtown! It's a truly unique space, co-designed by an artist/singer/voice actor as a creative haven and newly constructed in Sept. 2017. 2 decks, including one on the rooftop. A perfect creative retreat for a writer, musician, designer, or entrepreneur... or just a great temporary home for a single person or couple who want to enjoy enjoy minimal yet full living in STYLE. There's an outdoor fire pit with boulders for seating (think tiny Stonehenge), a loft bedroom you can stand up in, a vintage Bose stereo system, and a wonderful heated bathroom floor! It's a must-see. Walking is easy to downtown, UNCA, tons of restaurants, and 3 grocery stores.
Note that this home requires a minimum stay of 30 nights, and a maximum stay of 92 nights.
***We are aware of concerns surround coronavirus, and want to reassure guests that we are doing everything within our power to follow sanitation guidelines as they are updated. At the Tiny Mansion, we have taken all the necessary precaution measures to ensure a safe experience for our guests, which currently involves disinfection of everything from light switches to door knobs, providing (initial) hand sanitizer, and maintaining a 72+ hour vacancy between guests.***
