This hidden gem offers the perfect Fort Collins experience right outside your front door. From the newly renovated interior to the relaxing outdoor experience, the Grant Old Town Flat has it all!

Flat screen TV's in every room along with cozy beds prepared with high quality linens. Enjoy a king bed in the master room and queen beds in the two additional rooms.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Keurig is supplied with coffee for those early morning goers.

Traveling with children? We have board games, books and a large backyard to explore. Moms will love the high chairs and pack-n-plays we have available upon request.

Our freshly remodeled Flat is within walking/biking distance to Old Town, Colorado State University Campus, Restaurants, Breweries, MAX Transit, Family-Friendly activities and Nightlife. Located just blocks away from the Poudre River/Trail.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Great place to stay for a CSU visit.

Property was great! The bikes were an added bonus. Location is super convenient to Old Town and CSU. We loved our stay.

Loved the quality of the furniture, matresses, appliances and kitchenware. Reserved "Rock Star" parking was awesome. The availability of bikes (and helmets) were gravy!
