Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker. We provide coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.

Great for a short St Augustine trip

We stayed 3 nights and this was perfect. It's a few blocks west of downtown, easy walk down nice quiet streets. Place is small but efficiently used. The dish washer is a delight! Good place to stay.

Great time!!!

We had a fantastic time in St. Augustine, and our accommodation played a significant role in making our trip so enjoyable! The place was spotless and conveniently located, just a short walk from St. George Street, the distillery, Flagler College, and a variety of restaurants. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

3rd trip was a charm

We rotate our vacations and this place makes our 3rd most frequent vacay spot. Owners are awesome and the place is very well kept and they think about everything. 5 stars for the best place to spend a night or 7.

Perfect location

I have stayed in 2 of the apts in the complex, same owner. Loved both of them. The beds in the one are very comfortable. The unit has everything you need. Owner was very nice and made the check-in and check-out very easy.

Great place

The property was well kept. The other units were occupied, but everyone was very quiet. Our unit was nice and clean and very well organized. The location is great for walking to the old historic town center. Very safe and we will go back. Thank you for helping make our trip so pleasant

Great getaway

Our family of four stayed for 5 days and had a great time! The place was very clean, comfy and perfect for what we needed and was looking for. We had plenty of space and loved our time relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. Everything was a 10-13 min walk and was very easy to get around. We were planning on riding the trolley during the day but didn’t need to because things were so close and an easy walk. The host was also very quick to respond and was helpful if we needed anything and answered our questions. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely add this to our favorite list! Thank you Michael and Kristen for a great Thanksgiving getaway for our family!

Great place and location for St. Augustine

Very clean and comfortable. Location within walking distance of the Old Town. Even though small it worked for 3 of us. The only thing was our son said his bed “hard”. Ours was comfortable. Bathroom is small but workable for us.

So nice we stayed twice!

This is such an amazing apartment! It's perfectly located within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on St. George St., it's also about a 16 minute drive to the beach. Our apartment had a balcony, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment is perfect, just as pictured, very clean with wifi, 2 bedrooms and kitchen (excellent appliances) in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. Kristen, the owner is very attentive and upon arriving, you can see see how well her apartment is maintained. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

Great Except for Bathroom

The property manager was very responsive and helpful, and most of the unit was great and very accommodating. We were disappointed with the one tiny bathroom and old facilities. Maybe that can't be changed but I wanted others to be aware of it.

Weekend Mim and daughters

Visiting colleges nearby and seeing St Augustine. This condo was cozy, spotless, just as described, close to historic district, walked to Flagler and surrounding area within 10 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by other well kept historic homes, sidewalks everywhere……. Peaceful. Stayed 3 nights. Publix, Target, restaurants outside of historic district only a few minutes away. Perfect for us.

Best Location and Very Clean!

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is only a few blocks from historic downtown. The beaches, eateries, groceries, and Walmart are within a 10-15 minute drive. I have stayed in several AirB&Bs and VRBOs, but this apartment was the cleanest and best kept place I have ever rented! The kitchen ware was even nice and didn’t appear overly used or mistreated. I will definitely be staying here again if I make another trip to St. Augustine!
