Great enjoyable stay

Check in and check out was great. Very clean house and plenty of room I loved the fenced pool all they way around and the location was perfect not too far from town or river.

Amazing!!!

This place was amazing & had enough room to fit all of my family. From check in to check out it was a great experience. We weren’t able to float due to flooding so the pool was perfect. We’re definitely using this rental again.

Great place for large family gathering

Large house and plenty of space for our large family with kids of all ages. They loved the pool and seeing the deer. I liked that the pool was fenced off.

The Lodge

The pictures don’t do it justice!! This place is perfect for any type of getaway! You will see natural wildlife and it’s so close to everything, furthest drive is 20 min to Joe Jimmys! Beds are comfy! Will stay here again!

Huge Family Friendly Getaway

We really enjoyed this home. It was big enough to accommodate 6 families with plenty of extra space. The pool was very convenient especially for the families that didn’t float the river. The fire pit was great for s’mores & everything we needed was provided. This was our second time at this house & we will book again.

Great home

The property is impressive, offering ample space for a large family. However, it is important to note that the listing indicating a 4-minute walk to the river is inaccurate; it actually requires a driving time of approximately 8-10 minutes. Given our group size of 26, coordinating transportation for everyone to enjoy floating on the river proved to be a challenge. Fortunately, we were fortunate enough to receive rain during our reserved weekend, which provided a wonderful opportunity for floating the river. Overall, we highly recommend the property. It is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and features a lovely pool area. Additionally, we enjoyed taking evening strolls around the pleasant gated neighborhood.

Great Property. We had a small leak issue that took away two sleeping spots which was a little inconvenient but all in all the property was beautiful and a perfect getaway. Manager/Owner Analisa was quick to assist with all issues even at midnight

Best Property We’ve Stayed At

We rent one of these houses every year , and all of them are really nice . There’s something special about this property though . It really feels like home . My grandma got a pool when I was really little . We spent some of the best times of our lives there over the years. We recently lost her , and there won’t be anymore pool parties with family there . This place felt like we were hanging out at my grandmas. There is only one other house nearby so it is private and quiet. The outdoor area was huge and absolutely perfect. Most of us loved the upstairs balcony . We would go up and watch the sunset every night . One night we watched a lightening storm while we sat up there. It is just a pristine beautiful view. There was more than enough room for people and their stuff . The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes , utensils , pots and pans , coffee maker , blender etc. all the rooms have bathrooms . The main space is huge ! Super high ceiling , two story open floor plan. It made it really easy to hang out with a big group of people. I will most definitely book this house in the future

Best Time, Beautiful House

The Rio Frio had everything! It was beautiful and a short trip from Garner State Park and the River. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the private pool. The check in and out process was seamless. We will be staying here again!
