Accommodation

The villa is extremely spacious and thoughtfully design and retains many original features while offering modern comforts . It includes:
   •   Five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms
   •   A sixth children’s bedroom with changing facilities (cots available)
   •   A bright, open-plan living area centred around a stunning gallery and chandelier
   •   A large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area opening onto a terrace with a stream gently running beneath—perfect for relaxing
   •   A light, airy lounge with smart TV, DVD and wood burning fire, all overlooked by the upstairs gallery
   •   French doors leading to a large terrace with barbecue, overlooking the pool, gardens, and children’s play area (newly built treehouse, table tennis, outside toys and trampoline)

A beautiful shaded outdoor seating area with sofas has been added so parents can unwind while watching their children play—or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a book. Most guests relax here in the evenings.

Markets

There is a market every day in nearby towns.
Sainte-Foy-la-Grande hosts one of the top 100 markets in France each Saturday, filling the medieval streets with vibrant colours, aromas, and atmosphere. Enjoy browsing the stalls, then relax in the central square with a coffee or beer.

In summer, night markets take place twice weekly, both under 10 minutes from the villa—an absolute must for families.

For adventure lovers, Accrozarbre (25 minutes away near Bergerac) offers nine excellent treetop courses for ages 4 and up.
