Superb new ski chalet in beautiful surroundings, quiet and good air at 5 minutes cable car Le Châble leading directly to Verbier, ski schools and ski area.
Huge parking from the gondola with ski rental and ski pass without moving.
Verbier (Orsières): New chalet built in May 2014 - 6 to 7 pers.
6 ½ rooms 170 m2 on 3 levels - glazed French doors giving on enormous balcony-terrace seen South and mountain tops on each level on all the periphery of the chalet - clear and sunny panoramic view breathtaking, overlooking the village of Orsières .
Large COOP supermarket and gas station nearby, typical restaurants in the vicinity and in ski resort.
Cozy and tasteful design - everything is new: home appliances, living room, s-to-m, beautiful light fixtures, free Wi-Fi Internet, TV - Hi-Fi, crockery (3 services), furniture, bedding and linen.

Heerlijk, goed uitgerust huis

Het is een heerlijk huis om met 5 personen in te verblijven. De locatie is ideaal om te skieen in 4 valee. Je rijdt binnen 15-20 minuten naar La Châble om de skilift naar Verbier te nemen.Ook binnen een uurtje zit je in Italië.De keuken is goed uitgerust. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkeuken is fantastisch.

Tolles Chalet in wunderbarer Lage! Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen am col du Grand St. Bernard und zum Catogne! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir sind zu 7 mit 2 Familien verreist. Das Haus ist einfach toll. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es bietet ausreichend Platz. Super Lage mit herrlichem Bergblick, perfekte Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Gastgeber haben wir zwar nicht gesehen, aber die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und alles hat super geklappt. Wir haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage gehabt und können das Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Séjour d'été au Chalet "Chihuahua"

Chalet récent de bonne fabrication et joliment décoré. Espace de vie bien agencé avec une agréable vue sur la vallée / Montagne. Idéalement situé pour rayonner en Suisse, Italie ou France. Les centres d'intérêts sont nombreux dans la Région avec randonnées et baignades (notre coup de coeur pour Champex-Lac "un petit Canada", même si l'eau est un peu fraîche). Nous recommandons le Chalet et pourrions y revenir entre amis.

Splendide chalet avec une très belle vue

Chalet spacieux très bien équipé. Situé dans les collines dans une rue sans issue avec belle vue sur la montagne et la valée. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. A 13 km de de la station de ski de La Fouly.

Chalet au top 👌, propriétaires très disponibles

Le chalet est très fonctionnel, manque rien jusqu’au petits détails !!! Prix raisonnable . Il ne faut pas hésiter à bouger un peu en voiture, car à Orsières il n’y a rien du tout à part les paysages magnifiques !!!

Na goede communicatie met beheerder 2 weken met veel vrienden doorgebracht in luxe huis in wandelparadijs. Vraag om buiten-meubilair snel ingewilligd. Aanrader voor iedereen die in de zomer de bergen in wil.

Een supergezellig complete woning ; 20 minuten naar klein skigebied champex lac en 15 minuten naar de gondel naar Verbier. Na het skiën heerlijk thuis komen in een gezellig huis! De foto’s overdrijven niet, in het echt is het nog leuker!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind zum Wohlfühlen. Es war sauber und wir haben alles vorgefunden so wie wir es mit dem Vermieter besprochen haben. Einziger Punkt der zu bemängeln ist,ist die Lage. Im Inserat steht 5 Min. bis zur Bahn. Dies schafft man mit dem Auto, zu Fuss ist der Weg nach Orsieres 30 Min. Für Skiferien ist es etwas umständlich, da man immer das Auto braucht.

Perfect well equipped chalet

Beautiful view, kitchen well equipped, all you need and more. Finally a Dining table and sofa that allows all guest to be seated Distance to Le Chable ski lift is > 10km drive and about 15min by car along the main provincial road. Slightly longer then expected. Car Park at Le Châble is spacious. All in all great chalet for skiing but need a car and a daily drive of 15min to get to the nearest ski lift

Séjour très agrébale, avec une mauvaise surprise par la suite

Un point important dans notre décision pour choisir ce châlet était que, selon l’information sur le site de FeWo-direkt, les animaux étaient bienvenus. Nous avons été surpris de voir à notre arrivée des panneaux indiquant que les chiens étaient interdits. Nous ne sommes restés qu’après que l’hôte, contacté par téléphone, ait donné son feu vert. Après un séjour très agréable, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise, quelques jours après notre départ, de se voir exiger pour le nettoyage plus que le double du prix convenu lors de la réservation. La raison: poils de chien. Pourtant, nous nous étions donné la peine de passer soigneusement l'aspirateur dans toutes les pièces avant de partir. Autre raison invoquée: il y avait de la vaisselle sale dans les tiroirs et placards. La vaisselle, nous l'avions toujours nettoyée avec la machine à laver, qui il est vrai laisse souvent des traces, surtout sur les couverts. Nous avons payé, même si nous estimons absolument injustifiée la taxe supplémentaire exigée a posteriori par notre hôte. A l’avenir, nous demanderons une remise des clés au départ avec contrôle de l’état des lieux, ce qui n’a pas été fait dans notre cas (nous n’avons jamais rencontré notre hôte).

Les chiens sont interdits, sauf autorisation préalable, sans quoi on ne peut rien contrôler. C'est la raison pour laquelle il est affiché au chalet que les chiens sont interdits, de manière à ce que les resquilleurs éventuels se rendent compte d'avoir enfreint cette règle, si leur chien avait été refusé, comme je l'ai fait déjà pour un autre candidat locataire. J'estime que laisser derrière soi des poils de chien partout, sur le parquet, les tapis et les fauteuils n'est pas le reflet d'un nettoyage responsable. Nous nous y sommes pris à trois reprises pour tout bien nettoyer, car après les poils c'est les acariens qui s 'installent. Pour la vaisselle sale, notre dame d'ouvrage contrôle systématiquement pour que les locataires suivants n'aient pas de souci. Pour être objectif, lisez svp toutes les autres appréciations reçus des locataires depuis toujours, il n'y en a aucune de négative.

Très belle semaine

Le chalet est très spacieux, super bien équipé, très propre, calme avec une vue magnifique depuis le balcon. L'accueil de Mr Pellouchod est très sympathique, permettant ainsi de lancer parfaitement l'excellente semaine que nous avons passée. Je ne peux donc que recommander cette location.

Quiet, sunny stand-alone house with fantastic view

Very clean, comfortable house. 3 floors with beautiful views over the valley. Each room has access to either big balcony or terrace. Property managers are very friendly & helpfully. We enjoyed their recommendations as well as their welcome wine & freshly harvested vegetables! The valley overs lots of outstanding sites as Champex lac, La Fouly or Grand St. Bernard. Just a little side note: TV lounge situation good be bigger.
