Oceanfront and Great Amenities!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper is located at the St. Simons Beach Club. | | Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large grass lawn with a child's sandbox.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 sleeper sofa

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March through October, and receive a daily credit from VayKLife towards beach gear rentals during the stay! The Beach Club

Great location, close to many spots. The interior of the property could use some updates. Basic toiletries were provided which was nice. Loved the pool and beach access. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for lots of guests

Was not made aware of gate code to the complex, or code to return gate from the beach. Also as a note, master bed headboard is loose and wobbly.

Great walking Community

Great place! Nice pool and great beach. If you stay just south of here, high tide comes in and takes out the beach. Great restaurants a short walk away. We loved Crab Daddy's! If you want a view, this place isn't for you - we didn't mind that part. Super clean, plenty of room and parking was easy.

Great Location

The perfect amount of space for our family of five. Our 5 year old twins loved the pool and that we could right out to the beach. The property was within walking distance to some restaurants and a park so we could walk to dinner and burn off some energy on the way. It would have been nice to have a pack and play on the premises but I did get a rental recommendation from the host.

Exactly as described. The pool was lovely. This was such a relaxing place. My only issue was the gate codes were finicky at times-especially the main entry one and the one coming back in from the beach.

We loved the place! The master bedroom bed was awesome. The twin beds were of poor quality. A few things that would have helped: stove top cleaner new dishwashing sponge one more box of Kleenex per bedroom more teaspoons some more hangers

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

We loved this little rental property. It was the perfect location..a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the Pier. Easy to get in and out of and extra parking for SUVs. If they had more bike racks I would have given them 5 stars. Had a hard time finding an empty space to park and lock 4 bikes.
