Clustered into a quaint neighborhood community, Beachwalk Villas are a home away from home. With private drives and patios overlooking a large natural lake where you can fish. There are fantastic trails for running and biking including views of the golf course and the bay.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay in Sandestin this year. We usually rent in the high rises but it is difficult to haul in baby gear and find elevators. We loved being able to park outside. The kids loved the golfcart and it sure made it easy. Unit was very clean and well kept.

Our home away from home

I come here every year with my wife. 10 years and counting right now. We always request this villa. The owner is very accommodating and flexible. On top of that, we love how clean this unit is kept and we love the upgrades. Each year we find a redone counter, fresh carpet, new appliances, etc...I don't know what else could be replaced at this point. It is beautiful and nicely kept.

Great Time at the Beach

My family of four had a lovely time staying here. Enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Plenty of activities within the complex for all of us. The beds were all very comfortable, and the entire unit was clean and fresh. We would stay there again.

Needs updates, grill is a joke!

Overall, we had a good time, but felt a little ripped off for the quality of the villa. Needs to be repainted, outdoor area was dirty with no landscaping, kitchen cooking ware was old and outdated, broken tile all over floor in second bathroom, and worst of all was the grill... A total joke! It was about 3 inches off the ground and 10 inches by 10 inches. On the plus side, the proximity to the beach was nice-although not really within walking distance with all your beach stuff- the beds were very comfortable, and the communal pool was very large and nice. It was also neat to be by the lake, until the frogs kept us up all night! Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Charming Villa

My family and I loved this unit. It was charmingly decorated with Crate and Barrell and Pottery Barn. The bedrooms were very nicley done. The kids liked that they were able to go right outside and feed the ducks. My husband evern fished and caught a bass.
