Great location

Location great. Next to everything. House was very clean. Had a little problem with the toilet the last day but resolved. Wish the rental company would have been a little flexible with check in and check out times as the house was not occupied.

Newport Beach Stay

My family loved that we were close to the beach and pier at Newport Beach. Our rental for 3 days was tranquil. The home was comfortable and relaxing. My grandchild loved getting up early in the morning and walking along the beach. If you want to relax and experience the tranquility of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful Southern California, book it now. You’ll have easy walking access to the fabulous beach and some fine eateries!

Great location, needs small maintenance items fixed

Very clean second story condo right on beach. Great views. Just a bit short on maintenance. Master bedroom fan will not turn on -- likely a remote battery issue. Master bedroom AC unit worked intermittently. Seems like HVAC fan is on the fritz. Everything else good -- needs a refresh soon.
