Spacious oceanfront lower unit in a duplex located right on the sand! This light and bright unit offers 2 car tandem carport parking, an extra large patio, upgraded decor and furnishings, Air Conditioning, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and shared outdoor shower room! A great location for a quieter vacation on the beach!

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 car tandem carport parking.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

Terrific beachfront house!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay here, making great memories. Sitting on the patio watching the waves is such a treat. Lots of amenities and plenty of space. Agent very helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing, Serene, Just Perfect

We loved our stay at this property. We went in March and we practically had the beach to ourselves. One of the cleanest, nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. The house itself is the perfect t location for water views. We were looking for relaxing and we found it. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen well stocked for cooking if you choose. We were extremely happy with our choice.

Newport Beach

This is our 3rd visit to Newport Beach and we have rented other houses in the area and I have to say this was my favorite so far. They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. The patio is very spacious which made it nice for entertaining since we had family near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and they had plenty of extra pillows! Overall we had a great week at the house and I would book again!!

Beach trip

My Mom and were looking for a place on the beach and it sure was! It is right on the sand. You can’t get any closer. Plus it was so much quieter than down by the pier! The only thing I would say negative is the house needs a deep clean. Also some updates.

Very nice property and great management team

Besides the back door being hard to open and no ac on this property- it was fantastic! Very well equipped with bedding, kitchen supplies and everything else. I’m not easily impressed but the great communication from the management company was top notch. They made everything easy and simple along with reaching out and friendly reminders. It’s a perfect fit for a family of 4-5 or less. Probibly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on as well.

Incredible views

Absolutely incredible views, right on the beachfront. Beachy decor and an oversized patio make for a great beach vacation. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller but work! Biggest complaint is the WiFi is awful and cell service in the area was terrible. TV froze a lot and couldn’t make phone calls because the wifi was so weak. Additionally, we stayed in the bottom unit. Luckily we only overlapped 1 day with upstairs guests but the walls/ceilings are VERY thin. The upstairs guests were not obnoxious but you could hear every single footstep upstairs, which kept our son up late in the night even with a white noise machine on full volume. I can’t imagine what it’d be like if they were talking loudly or playing music, it would be incredibly disruptive. Otherwise everything was absolutely fantastic.

Huntington Stay

This is a tricky review to write. Villa Rental staff was friendly, easy, and quick to respond so they get a 5-star rating. And location is a #10. BUT this unit is in desperate need of TLC. The owner needs to invest some money into this place, I'm sorry, just being honest. It was "clean" but it is definitely worn and tired, needing renovation, updated furniture, fresh paint job not just spot treated, and definitely new bedroom carpet and new area rug. Plus for sure a new oven/stove. You can't use the stove and oven at the same time because the oven emits too much heat therefore making the stove and cookware dangerously hot. This unit has so much potential and hopefully the owner will agree to give it the updates needed to stay in the market.

Great location

Great location, house was nice. Beds were not comfortable need new mattresses. Property little beat up especially for the price but location is fabulous and the house was nice layout and beautiful views and access to beach dreamy!

Beautiful location, beds need help

You can’t beat the location of this house. It was beautiful and perfect for a family trip with my littles. However, the beds are horrible. All three beds squeak any time you move, they’re old and uncomfortable. My husband and I had neck aches every morning. Also, the sofa was really uncomfortable. We loved this location and how clean the house was but upgrades are needed.

Beautiful view!

Property is as reflected in pictures. Quiet area. Grill doesn’t work. Bring your own reclining lawn chairs, if you want to recline on the patio.. Overall, I recommend this property.

The property was exactly as the pictures showed. The location was amazing; right on the beach! It provided a perfect environment for our parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary! We look forward to coming back!

Great beach getaway, right on the sand

We had a great stay. House needs some updates but it was clean and right on the beach. You can walk from patio right onto the sand. Was perfect for our small family of three. Super convenient for kids as you have easy access to beach. No boardwalk in front of house, which makes it feel really private. There are a few restaurants to walk to, but you’ll need to drive for most things. Parking spot (carport) was super tight but we were able to get our SUV in there. We had one issue upon arrival (screen door was broken and off track) but we called and someone was out to fix it within two hours. We had a great time and we would stay again. A few notes for future travelers, but none of these things were dealbreakers for us: house is decently stocked as far as kitchen items; per the instructions, you need to bring your own toiletries and cleaning items if you want them; washer is really small, I could barely fit three beach towels in there. Not a big deal for us but just be aware if you plan to do much laundry. If the unit above is occupied, you can hear everything. It’s very loud when people above are walking or moving chairs, etc. Again, this was not a big deal for us, a little annoying but not a huge deal. Bring a sound machine if this might bother you or your kids during sleep times. Master bed was comfy enough. Twin beds seemed older but we really didn’t use them. WiFi is spotty but good enough. It was really nice to enjoy the beach for a few days, thanks so much!

Family vacation

Location was great, big patio right off the beach. Wish it had comfortable chairs to lounge in outside. Inside needs updating with paint and deep cleaning. For the money I was expecting couch to not be stained nor patch work on walls. Master bath was to small to move around. I would go back but after they did a paint job and cleaned or replaced the couch that was stained.

Beautiful Place

This is a much needed mini vacation to spend time with family after being quarantined for 3 months. The home itself is very beautiful and clean. What I read from other reviews that you can hear the tenants upstairs, what we heard is maybe the chair when you drag it. It didn’t bother us at all. Only recommendation I have is upgrade the 2 twin mattresses. The one mattress is, you have to lay in the middle, if you lay on the side it feels like you will slide down. The other mattress, the middle is sinked in, every little move it makes noise. But overall I will go back again and it is highly recommended. You will definitely have fun.

Wow !

It's true it needs a major overhaul. But everything worked. You can't beat the view it's beautiful. You can hear the people upstairs so spend more time in the large patio located directly on the sand. No looky loos passing in front of you. Yep I will be back!
