Welcome to Casa Clara, your home by the sea in the Casa del Mar condominiums at Coco Beach. This property has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 adults. It also has a large terrace perfect for organizing a barbecue, having dinner with friends, or enjoying a margarita. The wonderful pool on the terrace offers a spectacular view for gathering to watch the sunset.
Walk 50 feet and you will be on the shore of the sea with white sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean, or 5 minutes from the popular Mamitas beach club. You are just 2 blocks from Fifth Avenue, with its long pedestrian corridor filled with boutiques, relaxing cafes, gourmet restaurants and good bars.
Casa Clara has a king bed, two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and two fans. It has air conditioning and wifi in all its rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, making this place perfect for vacations.
I practiced golf at the Hard Rock course 2 miles from Playacar. If you like excursions and swimming, there are several nearby cenotes (natural pools that connect to underground rivers) in Playa del Carmen, just 4 miles driving.
To reach the condominium, we offer transportation from the airport at an additional cost, which is located 45 minutes away by car. Our concierge will meet you upon arrival at the condominium and will offer you our additional services such as grocery shopping with home delivery, babysitting, restaurant reservations, and other of our services.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals pay electricity (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

A full-length terrace accommodates outdoor grilling, dining with friends and of course a Margarita. The gorgeous rooftop pool with its spectacular views is a perfect place for a sunset gathering.
