Seagrove Highlands Top Floor

Newly remodeled top floor condo close to the beach with luxury finishes throughout located in Seagrove near Seaside. It is the perfect location for your family vacation. Beach access is a short walk away with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys provided to enjoy your perfect day. Famous Seaside and Rosemary beach are just a bike ride away. Restaurants are close by for eating out. The gated community includes a pool and lake.

The condo has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, new designer tile in bathrooms, new white cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms with quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your homecooked meals. A washer and dryer is also included for your convenience. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and well as the living room with cable and WIFI. The open floorplan is perfect for reconnecting with the family and friends. French doors lead out to a screened in deck on the top floor overlooking Point Washington State Park for a peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. The Keyless entry system makes for an easy check-in.

Guests will have entire condominium.

30-A has so much to offer. Local eateries, unique boutiques, art galleries and a 20 mile stretch of bike path and the most beautiful beaches in the world.

The bike paths make it easy to walk or ride your bike to destinations close by, but for grocery shopping or day trips a car is recommended.

Enjoyed our quick trip to Seagrove. We enjoyed our morning tea/coffee on the screened in porch. Beautifully appointed end unit. Close to the beach.

Nice place. Things that need to be improved: -dirty air filter - tv is not user friendly -kitchen appliances dirty -gross baseboards -hair in beds -dirty eye contacts on table -exhaust fan doesn’t work in front bathroom -fun house/distorted mirrors in master bedroom, caused vertigo

I was born in Nashville, Tennessee. I went to college at Auburn University. I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I am the mother of 3 boys who have grown up coming to the 30-A area. We purchased our first vacation home in 2008 at the Sanctuary at Redfish and began renting it out to help with expenses. As a real estate investor, I discovered that I enjoyed the vacation rental business. I purchased Deja Blue in Prominence in 2018 and Seaclusion in 2019. I recently purchased Sea La Vie at Kiva Dunes in Gulf Shore an amazing Beach and Golf Resort.

I am expanding my vacation rental business. This property was in a great location. Perfect for guests who want to be on 30-A but not pay the 30-A price.

What makes this property unique

I completely renovated this unit. It is the most up to date in the complex with modern day finishes. It is a top floor unit with a view of Port Washington State Park making it very private hence the name Seaclusion.
