Beach access is a short walk away with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys provided to enjoy your perfect day. Famous Seaside and Rosemary beach are just a bike ride away. Restaurants are close by for eating out. The gated community includes a pool and lake.
The condo has been completely remodeled with new hardwood floors, new designer tile in bathrooms, new white cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms with quartz counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare your homecooked meals. A washer and dryer is also included for your convenience. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV and well as the living room with cable and WIFI. The open floorplan is perfect for reconnecting with the family and friends. French doors lead out to a screened in deck on the top floor overlooking Point Washington State Park for a peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. The Keyless entry system makes for an easy check-in.
