Large studio of 29 m² + 5 m² loggia sea view, renovated, on the 3rd floor with elevator of a secure residence on the Pointe des Minimes.
Close to shops (bakery, grocery, house of the press, pharmacy ...).
Beach at 50m, without crossing the road.
Residence located opposite the marina Mnimes.
This studio is composed of:
- a large living room of about 21m ²: equipped open kitchen (fridge, electric hob and oven multifunction), sofa convertible rapido (bed 140cm with mattress 16 cm), TV
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
Possibility to add a folding extra bed for 1 person (sleeping 80x190cm).
Balcony / loggia and parking in private outdoor parking reserved for the residence.
Bike storage.
Bus stop in front of the residence.
Sea bus (downtown access and Old Port) nearby.
Bike station Yélo (vélib rochelais) at 50m.
Check deposit of 250 € not cashed when collecting the keys.

situation geographique ideale, bus, station velo- libre
petits restos en face ainsi que commerces de proximite
un GPS idéal pour mieux se faufiler à travers la ville
