Vacances à Biarritz

Ce n’est pas un logement pour 3 personnes le matelas et sommier sont très tachés, et très usagés ce qui le rend confortable. Sanitaires douteux et très anciennes (joint noir, traces dans la baignoire, odeurs nauséabondes). Le sol en lino vieillissant est sale. Les prises électriques pas au normes (scotch et sparadrap). Taches sur les fauteuils, coussins, et plaid. Pas de wifi Pour de prochaines locations l’appartement a besoin de rénovations importantes. Cet appartement est sale et pas à la hauteur du prix. Localisation exceptionnelle, efficacité de l’agence.

Appartement très bien situé, vue magnifique, grande place de parc sécurisée. Au sujet de l'appartement il mériterait une bonne rénovation, et il y a beaucoup trop de bibelots et objets personnels. Pad d'armoire pour les vêtements et le sol est vieux et sale. N'étant pas trop difficile nous avons profité de la vue extérieure.

Bien mais agence ne se déplace pas.

Logement situé 1ère ligne sur Grande Plage; bâtiment XIXè emblématique bien entretenu; studio bien équipé, propre, très lumineux. Défauts: quelques équipements pas à la hauteur (casserole fond abîmé, grille-pain intérieur rouillé) mais changés par l'Agence immédiatement après signalement; Salle d'eau-WC sans aucune ventilation (odeurs) L'Agence exerce un certain harcèlement (très nombreux mails pour payer, confirmer, rappeler les devoirs du locataire,...), exige paiement solde 15 jours avant l'entrée. L'Agence ne se déplace pas, c'est le locataire qui va à chercher puis rapporter à l'Agence le dossier et les clés ! Personnel très courtois et réactif.

Vue exceptionnelle

Très bonne location tant par l’équipement du studio que par la vue sur la Grande plage de Biarritz. Avons particulièrement apprécié le parking privé dans ce centre ville.

appartement très bien situé, vue imprenable sur la grande plage Biarritz tout à pied, idéal pour 2 personnes peut être quelque meubles a changer Ils nous tardent d'y retourner avec impatience
