The residence is situated in a wooded park of 2.5ha. with a large private swimming pool, near to the beaches (10 min walk)
Apartment of 62 m2 with splendid sea and mountain views.
South-facing terrace with a large table and deckchairs

2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 with double bed (160cm); bedroom 2 with 2 beds (90cm)
Pleasant fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area
1 bathroom, 1 separate WC.
High speed WIFI Internet access - free of charge
A dedicated parking space + possibility of free parking on the residence's parking lot
Ideal location close to the beaches (Milady Beach at 800 m), Golf and shops. The famous Basque coast (surfers) is also 800m away.
In July and August a rental is only possible from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period we will consider any other request.
A deposit of 650 euros is required.
Cleaning costs at the end of the stay: 110 Euro

This apartment is our future location for retirement...we love the region and our flat and thats why we equipped it like we would live already there...
What makes this property unique
The flat offers a very nice view. It is a comfortable and top-of-the-line flat. You will find a very large swimming pool in the parc of the residence. It is located near the beaches and the shops, in a well-maintained and peaceful park. It is an ideal location to go by foot or by bus to Biarritz beaches (Milady). It is a maximum of 10-15 minutes away by foot.
