The luxurious condo is located on Siesta Key in a tropical setting. It is very kid-friendly, and has a private beach, only within 5 minute's walk, on the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (the Best Beach in the U.S.A.) with crystal white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The minimum rental period is 1 week (condo association rule), starting any day of the week.
The condo is located right on Siesta Key, in a tropical setting. It is in a luxurious condominium, very kids friendly, and has private access to the world-famous (Best Beach in the U.S.A.) Siesta Beach with crystal white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sand in Siesta Key Beach is 99% quartz and never gets too hot under the sun. The condo is only 500 yards away from the beach. The complex has a private garage, The condo is in a hidden paradise and offers heated pools (2), lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fishing pier overlooking the gorgeous waterfront views, barbecue grill areas (2), picnic areas, a sauna, a fitness room, artificial lakes, promenades and a clubhouse for private parties.
The condo is minutes away (walking distance) from the lovely Siesta Key Village with restaurants, bars with live music, coffee shops, retail, and gift shops. It is also very close to the famous Crescent Beach (walking distance) and Turtle Beach.
The condo is about 20 minutes away from Sarasota Airport and about 1 hour to Tampa International Airport. Orlando is only about 2 hours drive, where you can visit Disney World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Space Center, etc.

Solen’s condo was clean and well stocked. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to make breakfast each day and all of the gear for a day at the beach. It was easy to get into the condo first time and communication was great. Would stay there again :)

Magnificent Stay!

I can't say enough good things about our experience! The owners are friendly, accommodating and super helpful! The place is absolutely lovely! So comfortable, clean and well appointed, with nice little added touches; just bring your swimsuit and you'll be all set! I would 100% recommend this place and we'll definitely be staying here on our next visit to Siesta Key!

We had a terrific day at this home in Siesta Key. Check in was a breeze and the owners were responsive throughout our stay. Plenty of space, a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living room and cozy master bedroom. About 1.5 miles to siesta key village for shopping, dining & live music and about 1/2 mile to one of the public beach entrances with parking. Any time we had a question or request of the owners they were addressed immediately. We really enjoyed our time there and would absolutely reach out again on our next visit.

Siesta Key

This was an excellent property. It was clean, well appointed, conveniently located near village and across from the beach in a lovely private and quiet villa community on the bayside. The community has 2 pools, small fitness center, grills and bay views. The trolley stop was nearby, but one could also walk to the restaurants, shops and gelato in the village. The hosts were gracious and responsive. They even provided a generous welcome gift!
