POINT B EXCLUSIVE - Tucked away in a quiet Village neighborhood, this contemporary coastal-style home sits atop a knoll that enjoys water views across Edgartown Harbor.

Set amid lush gardens and nicely landscaped grounds, there is a four-bedroom Main House, a separate one-bedroom Guest House suite, and a heated gunite dipping pool located between them.

The Main House is bright and open, with many areas for relaxing and entertaining, including Living Room, Sun Room, open Chef's Kitchen and Dining Area, Media Room, and the third-story nautical-inspired Crows Nest with grand views across Edgartown Harbor.

The cottage-style Guest House overlooks the pool area and has its own full bath.

The heart of Edgartown Village with its restaurants, shops, and attractions is only a short walk away.

NOTE: 14 x 19-foot Dipping pool depth runs from 3 to 5.4-feet, and is heated to 81 degrees in July and August, and included in the rent. There is a $300/week surcharge for heat in June and September, and a $400/week surcharge in May and October.

GUEST HOUSE NOTE: Guest House is not available Mid-October to mid-May.

Nice house- great location

House was very nice- great location! Bedding could have been better. We requested light blankets as the comforters provided were too heavy. Housekeeping checked and there were none, so we used extra towels as blankets 🙄. Not enough bed pillows. The master bdrm mattress was good, but all other mattresses need to be replaced - especially in the basement bdrm but also in upstairs bedrooms. At this price point, getting a good nights sleep on comfortable mattresses is expected.

Perfect Rental!

This home has so many living spaces. We stayed over Christmas so we were inside most of the time. Everyone had a place for privacy, but also plenty of room for all of us to be together. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but also a short walk to town. Perfect for my parents and two kids, as well as a Christmas Eve dinner with my extended family. We loved it!
