About this property

Come and enjoy this great beachfront condo and book your stay while dates are available!

Our condo is on the 11th floor with elevators that are nearby and convenient to our front door. The unit is decorated in lovely pale shades of blues and grays and the entire condo has recently completed an amazing transformation, leaving nothing untouched. There is new flooring, freshly painted walls, beautiful crown molding, granite, as well as all-new furnishing throughout the unit!

The condo is very comfortable and will sleep up to 8 people. There are two Queen sized beds in the guest room, one king bed in the master, and a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements should you need them.

The balcony is Gulf front with amazing views and has access from both the living area and master bedroom. It's a wonderful and enjoyable place to drink your coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise and hopefully catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing. You also have great views to watch the beautiful "Alabama sunsets" while eating dinner or sipping on a cool beverage. The view is stunning and a favorite to all guests!

Phoenix VII is a great condominium on the gulf coast with beautiful views of the Perdido Pass and the Gulf. There are many wonderful amenities for your enjoyment as well. Pools, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and hot tubs are just a few of the amenities available at Phoenix VII. A trip here makes for a lovely vacation for family and friends!

Great condo for family spring break

We had a wonderful family vacation. The views of the gulf were amazing and the condo was exactly as pictured. We had so much fun going to the beach, playing at the pool and relaxing together at night. We will be visiting again in the future!

Awesome stay

The property was very nice and clean. The view of the beach and morning sunrise was amazing. Everything, from the furniture to the appliances, appeared to be new. Well decorated. Was not disappointed at all. And fantastic location and amenities. Definitely would stay again.

What a wonderful trip!

This was our family’s first trip together to the beach. We had an absolute wonderful time! The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The balcony was a favorite for us all. The view is gorgeous! We hope to be back very soon!
