This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with direct gulf views. The Breakers condominium is located in a great location just west of Hwy 161 in Orange Beach, Alabama. The complex is an 8 story, 32 unit, low density, mid-rise condominium complex. The balcony features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The complex is located in a great location, between two large shopping centers that offers numerous grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and pharmacies. The complex offers a large gulf front outdoor pool and beautiful grass courtyard that is perfect for kids.
Your getaway to The Breakers unit 31 will surely be one to remember for years to come!

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Peace of Mind: This property is safe, sanitized, and ready for you! Rest assured guest's health and safety is our top priority. We use commercial grade sanitation products and change out quilts and shams in between each stay so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries.

The primary guest booking is required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement. Renter must be 25 or older, present at check-in, and staying in the unit. No refunds for reservations made under false pretenses.

Great location- walking distance to restaurants. The condo had great views. I’m a big bed snob and that master bed was so comfortable! One suggestion, have better instructions on how to use the TVs. They didn’t work in either bedroom.

Location is amazing, shopping and restaurants all around. Beach view from the balcony, decor is beautiful and relaxing easy with well appointed furniture, beds and bedding!! We ate at Coastal, Doc's, and Moe's BBQ.. all were really good!

Very clean, great location, and easy check in process. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The only issue we had were slow drains in the showers and bathroom sinks, but it was nothing we would even bother contacting the owner over. Overall, nice place with a beautiful view.

Orange Beach for Spring Break with the Family

When I first walked in, I was taken back by the spectacular view of the beach. Everything was very clean, and it was very nicely decorated. There was lots of room for the family, and I appreciated that the dining table was large enough for all of us to eat at. It was also nice that the kitchen utensils were not cheap and everything you need to cook a basic meal was available. The location was amazing, and we loved that we were walking distance from the grocery store and several places to get ice cream. Communication with the property owner was very easy as was the instructions for check in and out. The pool was very well kept too. We have stayed in Orange Beach many times, but I think this was my favorite place to stay. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t stay forever.

PROS: The location was in good proximity to restaurants, grocery store and other shopping. The unit was clean and as described with a great ocean view. CONS: The beds were not the most comfortable and the tubs and sinks did not drain properly (standing water during shower and sink filled up while brushing teeth).

This property is a fantastic property. The only hiccup I would give this is the balcony furniture. For senior adults it was tough sitting in the high back chairs. It was equipped with 4 high back chairs and two tables. I would recommend at least one low table and two low chairs for comfortability. Otherwise, great location and super nice listing. Thanks goes out to Island Rentals and Crew!

Perfect Condo

The condo was perfect. Clean and easy to check in. We loved the location. There were some restaurants in walking distance. We were right on the beach and the pool was right below us, but wasn’t noisy at all. I wake up early, so l would go out and walk the beach and watch the sun rise and Starbucks is right across the road so l would stop there on my way back…it was perfect. And Ron Jon surf shop (among other’s but it’s our favorite) was just a short drive. Plenty of stores and restaurants around on one side but on the other side was the beach and ocean 💙 Definitely will be coming back.

Very clean. Nicely equipped. Good location. The problem we had was with the king bed. It had a plastic cover on the mattress with just a very thin sheet on top of it. We kept waking up with our backs wet with sweat before we noticed the plastic. It was VERY uncomfortable. There should at least be a mattress pad over the plastic. Also the washing machine made a very loud noise in spin cycle.

The pictures show the unit as recently updated but we found it needs some updating and worn down. The kitchen has bare minimum accessories which make it frustrating for cooking.Thankfully we had another unit on the property that was better stocked or it would have ruined our trip. The bathrooms we moldy and the over all unit could use some deep cleaning.
