Villa Eloisa is a three-story historical villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Eloisa you will enjoy a fascinating view of the garden and of the hills. Villa Eloisa is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Castiglione del Lago, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Eloisa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Eloisa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Villa Eloisa is situated in a peaceful countryside of hills on the border of Tuscan and Umbria, halfway between the lake of Chiusi and the Lake Trasimeno.


In the surroundings you will see only two or three other countryside houses, and then a multitude of low hills here and there which are ploughed by vineyards, green for the harvest of wheat, or resplendent for the golden-yellow sun-flower cultivations.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery. The pool is open from the end of May until mid-September.

Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet), and is completely fenced. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two gazebos. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a double-glazed French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has a double-glazed small window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
First FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the countryside.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a nice fireplace decorated with age-old majolica tiles, for decorative purposes only. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the countryside.

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two double-glazed windows with a view of the countryside.
Bathroom 2
