There are numerous excursions to go on to, from the natural oasis of Lake Trasimeno to the towns of Chiusi and Montepulciano. The villa is surrounded by a large and exclusive garden from where to enjoy a wonderful view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills all around. The fenced garden, full of plants and flowers which are typical of the Mediterranean bush, has a raised swimming pool with a saline system (12x6, 0,90-1,5m deep)(01/06-26/09), outdoor shower and a beautiful and panoramic terrace furnished for outdoor meals. The annexe has a kitchen furnished with a fireplace, stone barbeque and an outdoor wood-fired oven. You can have a baby bed upon request and to be paid for on location. Car park on the property.
