Charming Cottage with Fire Pit Near Warren Dunes State Park

Welcome to Breezy Knoll Cottage!

Come with family or a few friends to stay at our attractive cottage nestled the woods at the end of a private road. You'll love waking up and walking or biking to nearby Warren Dunes State Park. Spend some time at Captain Mike's Fun Park with the kids, or go shopping in one of the unique local antique shops. There are amazing u-pick farms to visit nearby if you wish to sample local blueberries, peaches, apples, and more.

It is not unusual to see a mother deer with her baby walking across the front lawn early in the morning. There are also countless squirrels, rabbits, and birds. We have even seen dozens of wild turkeys strolling across the property in a big group.

You can end your days by roasting marshmallows and hot dogs over the fire pit or watching the sunset at the beach. You'll be glad you chose to stay with us! Please contact me for additional information.

Great place to stay! Very private and secluded. It was great that we could bring our dog on the trip as well. The cottage could definitely use some updating for esthetic, but it was very clean, and cozy. Our only complaint would be that the bed is very uncomfortable, but it could be because we are not used to a memory foam mattress. Would stay again if we are ever in the area!

This was the prefect get away for myself and my two teenagers and our dog. The property is spacious and so quiet, we loved the fire pit and the swing. We saw quite a few deer. The day we arrived it was raining so we took advantage of the loving ping table - so fun. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Was as expected. In a great spot right next to highway along Lake Michigan. Super quiet. The trees will drop some sap on your car, so be aware Beds and linens were super clean.

The cabin definitely could have been cleaner. The space behind the bathroom door was dirty, as if the cleaners had forgotten to check there. It’s an old cabin in the woods with that “old cabin” smell, which I anticipated. Plenty of plates, glasses, silverware in the kitchen, but the cookware has seen better days. The bathtub was slow draining but we were able to unclog it (beached out, sandy kids and no time to wait on maintenance!). Towels were excellent, and the central AC worked great. Very private feel but super close to Warren Dunes park and Red Arrow Highway for adventures up and down the coast. Great location, but we would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this cottage. The yard and swing were great, it had equipment in the kitchen so we could cook every day, the living and sleeping areas were comfortable. It was so very close to attractions; we went to the beach, the fun park, and more. We will likely be back for another vacation here.

Cute Cottage

We loved this cute cottage. Next door to Watren Dunes. Spent every day there, clinbing, swimming and watching the sunset. Noce restaurant in town, a short drive.
