About this property

Our gorgeous, newly renovated and decorated condo is perfect for families with children of all ages! We have a huge, private yard behind our condo that leads to Lake Heron where you can enjoy spectacular fishing! Lounge and relax in our all-weather wrap-around porch (with refrigerated Tiki Bar) and enjoy a perfect view of the beautiful lake! Our 3 bedroom condo will comfortably sleep 12 with 7 beds. We are a short walk to the Aquatic and Fitness Center, playground, walking paths and Sea Colonies' infamous tram shuttle to Sea Colonies' private 1.5 mile beach.

We have brand new wide-plank engineered flooring throughout the condo and magnificent new kitchen appliances, lighting and furniture. Our luxurious plantation shutters open the view to Lake Heron and Sea Colony West landscaping. 12 amazing pools are a tram ride or short walk from the condo for your enjoyment. We have high-speed internet, a library of great beach reads, high def Xfinity cable and a gorgeous gas fireplace.

Our Master Bedroom has a king bed with a gorgeous view of Heron Lake, along with a newly renovated bathroom with heated flooring and a body massage multi-jet shower. Our custom window treatments have a black-out shade option, as well as a beautiful privacy shade.

Our second bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new twin loft. Bedroom #3 has a brand new bunk bed with 2 full mattresses and 1 twin trundle. Our gorgeous living room couch also has a queen pull out bed.

The most spectacular part of our condo is the fabulous all-weather wrap around porch viewing Lake Heron! Additionally, the spacious lawn between us and the water offers plenty of room for a variety of outdoor festivities! On our deck or patio, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, or turn the corner of our porch and delight in the festivities of our tiki-bar!

Our home away from home is a fabulous get-away for all and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Relaxation at Sea Colony

This is was our 3rd year at this location and Linda remains incredibly responsive. We love the the comfort of this rental, and the screened-in porch is probably my favorite spot. This year, due to the rain, we tried out the indoor pool nearby and it was great. Bring your fishing rods for fishing right outside on the pier!
