Location was great and nice condo setup. Sea Colony features and community were good. To make place more enjoyable condo needs thorough cleaning of floor and bedrooms, new mattresses with proper covers, and clean beds. Would not go back to this rental or recommend unless these updates were made.

Adequate. Spacious. A little outdated. Far from beach - ok with Shuttle.

This unit has plenty of space for up to 6. It has a nice layout. While a bit far from the beach, frequent shuttles can escort to the Sea Colony high rises which are about 6 to 8 blocks from the boardwalk and town center. The cleaning service may have been rushed. The floor was very gritty, utility room filthy, ants in the kitchen, cooking items lean and worn. These are all easy things for the owner to correct and overall did not put a crimp on our experience.

We Had a Wonderful Stay!

Loved the newly remodeled bathrooms, almost like having two mater baths. Easy access to our parking space, ground floor. Clean and neat. Everything worked as it was supposed to. If I had any suggestions I would say it might be nice to invest in a little better quality mattresses in the second bedroom. Having said that, I'm like the Princess and the Pea. If there's the slightest bump or dip, I will immediately notice it. My sister said her bed was just fine. So there ya go. Thanks to the owners for accommodating us for a stay for less than a full week!

Very nice condo

Enjoyed staying at this condo. Located right by tram stop and close to two swimming pools, ample parking. Beautifully remodeled bathrooms, new appliances, furnishings in nice condition, very clean. Even the decks were clean. My only comment would be that there is a bit of a damp smell in the smaller bedroom. Vacasa was great with email communication and info but maybe needs better communication with staff. I paid for a late checkout (2 pm). At 10am a man entered the condo, seemed to be looking for used linens. As a female traveling alone with my kids, and also bc my son was alone in the living room at the time, this was alarming.

Great location but needs some TLC

The location is great and the covered porch is nice. The mattresses could use updating, especially the 3 in the front bedroom. We found trash leftover from the previous guests, so I'm not sure the cleaning crew is actually cleaning. I think they are just changing linens and cleaning bathrooms. Needs more detailed cleaning and overall maintenance. We had to change lightbulbs in 2 lights. The kitchen dishes, glass and silverware are fine, but there are only 2 mini coffee pots and a keurig. I would have liked a larger sized coffee pot. I don't expect perfection, but I think some more attention to detail is needed with this unit. I would not rent this one again.

Nice accommodations!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo and the Sea Colony property. Only complaint is that the floors were dirty and gritty. We had to around with sandals on our feet.
