Charming Provencal villa in a quiet area. A real haven of peace near Cannes (35 mins), Grasse (25 mins), Frejus-Saint Raphael (30 mins), Saint Tropez (1h), Nice (50 mins) and without forgetting Lake Saint Cassien at 10 minutes drive. The house is spacious with different corners to sit on the loungers next to a large above ground pool, relax at the edge of the pool. The summer kitchen with an exceptional view of the mountains and the village of Mons. Large volume, comfortable. Near shops. This villa is ideal for a good family holiday!
