Overlooking Downtown Dunedin Two Bedroom apartment

Historic Home in the heart of Downtown Dunedin, known by locals as the Yellow House. First floor 2 bedroom apartment is totally renovated. Walk just a few steps to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Pinellas Trail. Home overlooks Pioneer Park where you can enjoy the local farmers market on weekends, concerts, movies, art festivals and much more, or just relax and watch the action from the front porch.

This beautifully appointed apartment is one of seven units in the Yellow House. The main bedroom is very spacious with a queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom is also spacious with a twin daybed and a desk. The bathroom is updated and has a stall shower with no tub. The location is amazing right in the heart of Downtown!

Downtown Dunedin is amazing! Lots of great places to eat, drink and shop just a few steps from this wonderful apartment!!

Walking distance to just about everything. You can also ride the Jolly Trolly around town.

One dedicated parking space, street parking is also available.
Please be sure to have the app for the website you booked on downloaded to your phone for ease of communication. THIS IS HOW YOU WILL COMMUNICATE WITH THE HOSTS. If you booked directly on our site, communication will be via email.

-Parking behind the building is limited to one space per apartment. There is also street parking in front of the house and a public lot at the west end of the street.

-Please message us with the MAKE/MODEL/COLOR of your car. Unknown vehicles parked in the lot will be towed. Visitors can park on the street or in the public lot.

-Quiet hours are between the hours of 9:00pm and 8:00am. Any noise disturbance that happens between those times are subject to fines by the owners and visits from law enforcement. This home is over 100 years old and noise travels easily through the walls and floors.

-No parties or gatherings of any kind in the unit or on the property.

-There is no smoking or vaping on the premises or within 50 feet of the building. This includes cigars.

-Porches, decks and outside areas: Please do not hang towels or other items on the railings. Please feel free to enjoy the porch area that is directly outside your unit. There is also a patio table and chairs on the east side of the building.

-Air-conditioning: We strive to conserve energy at the Yellow House! Please set thermostat to a reasonable level (minimum 74-78 degrees) when you’re not at home and keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioner is running. Tip: If your windows start to sweat, the a/c temp is set too low.

-Trash should be placed in the receptacle behind the building on the west end of the parking lot.

-Pets are not allowed on any portion of the property.

-Items left behind: Any items left behind will be subject to a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping if you want it returned. Items in lost and found will be discarded after 30 days.

-All guests have the right to quiet enjoyment. Please contact us immediately or the police if there is an unusual disturbance of any kind.

Great location

Location is definitely ideal for walking to every thing downtown Dunedin has to offer (restaurants, bars, shops, sunsets, rail trail). We enjoyed our morning coffees on the front porch in the comfortable rocking chairs. We were happy to be able to easily access live TV (which isn’t always offered at other rentals we’ve stayed at) Owners responded quickly to our messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rental in downtown Dunedin

Clean, cozy rental that is in the center of downtown so you can just walk to all the great restaurants, shops, and breweries. Check in was hassle free & the rental was clean & stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, even snacks. Parking space in the back was a bonus. Loved this rental!

Very convenient location. Walked to dinner every night. Very friendly city. Farmers market right in front of our room. Fantastic Marci Gras parade the day we arrived. We rode bikes on the Pinelis Trail everyday.

The Yellow House

Staying @ Yellow House was great. We arrived @ night around 10pm & the park was beautiful. Apt was very clean & we were real glad to have a kitchen to use & a laundryroom. We haven't traveled for a few years & didn't want to have all meals in restaurants. We had great neighbors also. Thank you for a great stay!

The only bad thing was having to arrive 2 days later because of flight cancellations. Communication was quite speedy. Location was perfect. Made it to Honeymoon Island, Clearwater Beach,Tarpon Springs and into Tampa. Accommodations were very comfortable.

Wonderful Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome. We walked around town to wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the weekend market and sometimes just sat on the front porch listening to the live music. But inside the apartment it was nice and quiet. I had mistaken the 2 photos of the full size beds with different comforters and photos on the wall as the 2 beds, but that was my mistake -the listing was accurate and the daybed was also very comfortable. Also the wifi was strong and reliable for the few days I needed to work. Thanks for a great place for a working vacation.

Perfect Location

We were at The Yellow House for 2 weeks and had such a delightful stay. If we could have extended our stay longer, we absolutely would have. Our favorite part is the location. You are within walking distance of so many great things - fabulous restaurants, parks, shops, walking/running/biking trails. The weekend farmers market was a favorite. The unit itself was clean and had everything we would have needed. The onsite laundry facility was very convenient too when you have extended stays. We are looking forward to coming back.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable

We felt comfortable the moment we walked into this apartment--it was clean and cozy.This property is in the heart of Dunedin. Sitting on the deck in the warm Spring weather and watching all the activities in town was delightful. Because of the pandemic, during our month's stay, we cooked daily in the apartment and my husband used the second bedroom to work remotely. It was equipped and when I asked the host for something, the response was immediate. I hope we can return one day.

Work Transition to Dunedin

This property was perfect as I transitioned to the area for work over 3 weeks. The unit internet wifi was great during many hours of remote meetings (due to pandemic) and there are 2 breakfast/lunch coffee cafes just a few steps away during breaks. On Fridays and Saturdays, the park across the street has a “farmer’s market” with fresh produce and foods to stock the refrigerator for the week. There’s a market a block away too. The restaurant selections are varied and all within walking distance. And the Harbor is just a few blocks away with restaurants and amazing sunset views. I can’t think of how my experience could have been better!
