Mountain home with some of the best views in Chaffee county! Surrounded by private land makes this a great place to bring your ATV's and other toys. This getaway is very spacious including a fully stocked kitchen, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi internet, garage, 4 bedrooms, one is also a game room of sorts. Huge back deck with grill and outdoor patio table over looking view of Arkansas Valley and Collegiate Peak Mountains....BREATHTAKING! It is conveniently located to ALL of the valley's activities from Leadville, Mt. Princeton to Salida yet tucked away from neighbors! Be sure to bring binoculars to watch the wildlife.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for $25.00 night per dog and a $25.00 additional cleaning fee. $350 damage deposit which is promptly refunded if house is left in proper condition.
Stay 6 nights and you will get the 7th night free..

Great spot. It was tucked away, quiet, and extremely beautiful. Super convenient for us going to a festival at Meadow Creek and looking to spend time outdoors hiking, rafting, etc. Rohnda was super helpful and considerate when we had questions. Everything was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well stocked.Cant recommend more.

This house has a great location for anyone looking to be close by public trails. Beautiful area and scenery, well kept, great communication with owner. Definitely recommend if you are traveling through the area.

Great location for OHV, mountain biking, hiking. Super view of the west valley mountains. Very easy to access and plenty of space for trailers. Nice, quiet, and peaceful.

Wonderful little house - my family truly enjoyed our weekend there and it had all the necessities you could need! Having access to a 2 car garage with a 2nd fridge was fantastic! Just a couple small things - the carpets really need a good deep clean and there was a light out in the 2nd bathroom. Drain in the 2nd bathroom drained really slow which left you standing in an inch or 2 of water while you showered. We cleaned a lot of hair out of it with one of those plastic drain snakes which helped some. Fan in the 2nd bathroom desperately needs to be vacuumed and the hot water knob for the shower needs to be replaced.

This home was perfect for our family's Thanksgiving holiday gathering - the home was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had nearly everything we needed for cooking all of our meals, and the setting was spectacular.
