Welcome to Mimmy’s Place! A charming 3,900 square feet direct inlet front home located 3.3 miles south of the Garden City Pier in the exclusive, gated Inlet Harbour subdivision. Enjoy peace and quiet in Inlet Harbour on the southernmost point of Garden City Beach. Bring your boat and enjoy flounder fishing and crabbing in the inlet or easily venture out to the ocean for off-shore fishing which along with crabbing can also be enjoyed right off the private dock – various marinas are close by to launch your boat. This house is conveniently located with direct access to the inlet and a short easy walk to the beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of gorgeous sunsets over Murrells Inlet. The open living area features a gas fireplace. The dining area is a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. TV in the living area and one in every bedroom with cable TV and Wi-Fi for added convenience. An elevator allows for easy access to the second floor. Outside amenities include 2 enclosed outdoor showers, a private boat dock with a fish sink, and parking for four vehicles, 2 vehicles are covered parking. This property does not allow golf carts or motorcycles.

A wonderful time was had by all..

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of ten had a great time. The house is spacious and has all the amenities that we needed. It's on the water for our boat and an easy walk across the street to the beach.

arrived at Property and owners were there and refused to honor our reservation. Prop Mngr found us a suitable house on beach but no dock. we were able to keep our boat at friend's house . Would not recommend Mimmie's because of the situation. SeaStar prop mngr was great. Owner was not.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was just ok. This is our third year there and we were disappointed in the downstairs rooms, they were not clean. One bathroom had hair everywhere., it was gross. One of the upstairs bedrooms had roaches. 😝

Great location. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean.

House needs a little TLC but overall it was a perfect place for the 10 of us to vacation.
