Ground floor apartment in the park area in Royan

Located in the residential area of the park, the location is quiet and very well located. The apartment is close to shops (pharmacy, covered market, grocery store, newsagent, bakery ...) If you wish, you can park your car in the courtyard. We have a private area of 120m2 and a 40m2 terrace facing south.
The park is 200m away with mini golf, games for children, post office.
The beach and cycle track is 600m on foot. Close to college and high school.


The 42 m2 apartment consists of a 20 m2 living room: 140 sofa bed
induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave grill oven, fridge, electric plancha..TV ..; hair dryer ... coffee maker, kettle ....
