Oceanview 2 bedroom Townhouse - Summerhouse 130

Beautifully remodeled direct ocean view townhouse that accommodates 6 guests. Ocean views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. Intracoastal view from the 2nd bedroom. The unit is decorated in a beach theme and completely furnished with everything you need during your stay. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access, an in-unit washer and dryer, 3 flat screen TVs with DVD/Blu Ray Players to entertain the kids after a long day of fun in the sun! We also have beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys, and Pickleball equipment for use during your stay

-Master bedroom: King sized bed, chair, dresser and a flat screen TV
-2nd bedroom: 1 twin, 1 double, 1, dresser and a flat screen TV

Additional sleeping:
New queen sized sofa sleeper that accommodates 2 guests

DVD's,

At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being able to watch the waves from both the Livingroom, balcony and master was delightful. Thanks to a rouge tornado this place was entirely remodeled a few years ago. All decor , flooring, kitchen, 3 baths are new and beautifully appointed. It is so clean and comfortable. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Not handicapped accessible if needed.

SUMMERHOUSE 130 AT CRESCENT BEACH

Everything was perfect. The location near Matanzas Inlet @ Crescent Beach was fantastic for beach combing, fishing and cycling. The resort was beautiful and extremely well kept. Its beach access and pools were very convenient. Condo 130 was very clean, the decor was very welcoming and beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the view from the unit & balcony was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

Our unit was not ready on time and we were placed in another very dirty, cluttered, and outdated also did not provide enough sleeping areas for our family.We spent far too much time cleaning and moving to consider this a real vacation. I would not suggest traveling here at this time.

You can walk there. The beach is pristine. People are regulars and the ones who live there are very kind to travelers. Kid friendly. Great pools. Beach access is close to all condos.

Very clean and fresh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool. I also loved all the beach house decor, I could tell much thought was put into it.
