Direct Oceanfront means there is nothing but dunes between you and the ocean. Great natural lighting in this unit makes the view spectacular during the day. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed and a full bathroom for all your needs. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed for plenty of sleeping space. Downstairs, the queen sleeper sofa makes for even more sleeping room for all your guests. New TV's in each room, upgraded flooring and other unit upgrades makes this unit one you will want to return to year after year. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. A wonderful week in April at Summerhouse 106.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience at Summerhouse 106.The place was lovely and spotlessly clean. One small tip. Please provide more hand and laundry soap and toilet paper. Also, please provide hangers for each bedroom closet.

The balcony wasn’t completely private but it was quiet and right on the beach. The property is in a secluded area but it was an easy drive into St Augustine and the surrounding sites. Definitely would stay here again.
