Located 3 minutes from downtown Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, 8 minutes from Ruoms and a few minutes from the river, the red house welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere to spend holidays combining culture, discovery of the region , sports activities or idleness, in a calm environment.
Capacity 8 people maximum. 3 bedrooms, one with shower and sink, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets.
Beds: 2 double beds 160x200 cm and 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm.
Fully equipped kitchen open to living room, pantry, private parking with electric gate and garage.
Swimming pool 5x10 m heated and secured by an automatic shutter.
Large south facing terrace (swimming pool) and covered terrace of 35 square meters.
All on a plot of 800 square meters fully enclosed.
Outdoor equipment: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue ...
Equipment baby and child: changing table, cot, high chair, bath, bed safety barriers, crockery suitable for toddlers.
Non smoking house, pets not allowed.
