New beach front property

Welcome to La Vista Del Mar (the view by the sea), where we have two separate studio apartments (The Nest and The Views). Each unit has a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, couch, TV, wifi, private patios and travel cooler and beach chairs. Property is located on the ocean with private beach entrance, beach shower and spectacular ocean views. Lounge on your private patio or snooze on the beach in one of our several hammocks. Walk along the beach and hunt for sea shells or sea glass. While this is not a swimming beach, the main swimming beach for the town of Patillas is located less than 10 minutes from us.
Each unit accommodates 2 adults comfortably, however, arrangements can be made for a separate bed for a third person.

We have two new private units, both with ocean views. We are located in a quiet beach community on the southeast side of Puerto Rico. You can lounge on your private patios or on the larger common patio.
