Step outside and you'll find fantastic outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the heated pool shaded by two large umbrellas, unwind with a book on the screened-in porch with ceiling fans, or sway in the hammock beneath the Tiki hut. For fishing enthusiasts, this home is a dream. The dock offers power, water, a fish cleaning station, and a bait freezer. A gas grill is also available for cooking up your catch. Bring your boatthere's a 35 ft dock, trailer parking, and room for three vehicles. With easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic via nearby Vaca Cut, the location is ideal for boating adventures. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit and trade stories from your day on the water.
