With entrance from the main entrance of the cottage, the apartment, offers maximum comfort for 6 people. The interior is cool and spacious, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and dining table, terrace.
Dating back to the 18th century, the house was recently renovated preserving the original building elements, with exposed ceiling beams, stone walls and authentic antique furniture.
Each apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail.
The panoramic view of the olive grove and the surrounding hills gives each accommodation an intimate and cozy atmosphere.
The swimming pool is available only to families staying at the Agriturismo (total max 14 people).
At a very short distance (6 km), the beaches of Pesaro can be reached either totally by car or, having left the car in a free parking lot in the city (San Decenzio), by dedicated shuttles .

Wunderbar entspannend
Das Haus, der Garten und das Schwimmbad sind wunderschön, die Gastgeber sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch die vielen Spielsachen im Freien (Federball, Bälle, Tischtennis..), die zur freien Verfügung sind, haben wir als Familie sehr genossen!

Beautiful Italian Farmhouse
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in an apartment at this farmhouse. We had a lovely warm welcome from the owners. The grounds are amazing and you can pick your own fresh fruit, vegetables and salad. The apartment was beautifully furnished and we had a huge balcony to relax on. Of course, the biggest selling point was the swimming pool... We had a lot of fun playing in the pool, which was also big enough to do lengths in and more importantly a great place to cool down in! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Das alte Bauernhaus liegt ruhig inmitten von Olivenhainen, Obstbäumen und italienischen kleineren Häusern und Höfen. Das Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert und alte Bauelemente, wie Mauer und Holzbalken wurden erhalten.
Im Haus gibt es drei Mietwohnungen und ein Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Kamin und TV. Etwas unterhalb vom Haus liegt ein toller Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, den wir fast immer für uns allein hatten. Der Pool wurde taglich gesäubert und es waren sogar einige Kinderspielzeuge vorhanden.
Desweiteren waren für die Kinder eine Rutsche im Garten, ein Kicker, eine große Schaukel im Baum, Bälle, Botscha.... vorhanden.
Wir haben sehr oft im Garten grillt, wobei uns die Familie jederzeit behilflich war. Wir haben sogar 2 x eine Falsche Wein zum Essen geschenkt bekommen :) Die Familie war einfach nur zauberhaft. Sie haben sich jeden Tag nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und haben uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. 1000 Dank!!! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Pesaro!!!
