Deer Valley, Park City, The Canyons, and the new Mayflower resort are just 45 minutes away. Groceries, restaurants, and a new liquor store are less than 10 minutes from your door.

Our home is set in a peaceful rural area with a 700-acre equestrian park in the backyard. Summer offers hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and local festivals like Oktoberfest and the Sundance Film Festival. For a more serene retreat, enjoy the private wooded backyard with a cement pond, flowing creek, horseshoe pit, lounging patios, and a fire pit. We hope you enjoy our property as much as we have.
