Beautiful beach home with 3 floors of living for a large family, multiple families-- First floor has two bedrooms (1 full and 2 twins) and a hall bath with large stall shower. Laundry on the first floor. The 2nd floor has a master suite with an ensuite bath with tub/shower, and a queen bed. Powder room, Gourmet kitchen, open floor plan with dining and living room. The living room has a gas fireplace and sliders to your deck! Relax outside and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The third floor has two bedrooms, both with king-sized beds, a full bath with a dual sink and an oversized stall shower. Private deck! The house has a fully fenced yard, perfect for keeping the little ones safe! Street has the BEST sunset views! 2 blocks to 85th St beach with playground, pavilion, bathrooms, lifeguards, and hot dog stand-- everything you need to enjoy a long day at the beach! Scoops, Anthony's, Shorebreak Cafe, restaurants, and shops all within a block!
