Awesome stay!

My friends and I had an amazing stay. The property is close to Boone and near a bunch of fun things! It was very clean and the owner was so helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend!

Crew 32 ski weekend

Definitely steep entrance. Bad weather will definitely snow chains. Plenty of bed space. Everything worked. Easy to get to AppSki Resort

Michele, we just wanted to let you know that the homeowners have recently had the last access road paved. Although we still recommend 4WD and/or snow chains depending on our winter weather, we feel like this improvement will help renters' access in a big way!

Blowing Rock Rental

This is an old house that has never been updated. The furniture is old, the bathrooms are small and the water pressure, particularly in the upstairs bath is very low. The house has a musty smell. The first block of Sarah Ln leading to the house is in very poor condition. It is an unpaved street with numerous sizable potholes as you turn onto the street and go up the hill. Cars can bottom out and it would be treacherous in snow or icy conditions. The house is not worth the money particularly when the cleaning fee, taxes, and fees are included.

Lisa, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and just wanted to let you know that the homeowners are working hard to make improvements to the home. They've added Wi-Fi and have just recently had Sarah Ln paved to make access much easier. The water pressure that affected all the homes in the area has been addressed with the community's provider as well.
