Spectacular oceanefront home located near Mother's Beach in Kennebunk ME. This home features three levels with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first floor features three bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and a full bath. The middle level is an open floor concept with the kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, and livingroom. There are mutliple spansive ocean views from the living all levels of the home. Large backyard is perfect for playing lawn games for for kids to enjoy thier vacation. The third level features a massive master suite with king size bed, sitting area and bathroom suite. A ten minute walk or short bike ride to Mother's Beach and KBIA. Perfect location for a quiet relaxing vacation with plenty scenic views! Pleae Note: this home is zoned as a townhouse/condo. The home is the right half potion of the structure. Entrances to both homes are on opposite sides of the home. The owners very respectful of guests privacy.

Kennebunk oceanfront

Great location. Private, secluded, with wide open back yard overlooking the ocean. Townhome was great for me, my wife, and my twins. Property manager easily available if needed. I would rent this place again.

Truly lovely stay

We will definitely rent this property again. It was close to everything (beach, Kennebunkport shops/restaurants, etc) but still tucked away enough for plenty of peace and quiet. Listing notes that owners respect privacy and they definitely do. Nothing but wonderful things to say and great memories.
