Casa molto bella!

La casa è veramente molto bella, la vista dalla terrazza è meravigliosa, soprattutto al tramonto!! La zona notte si trova al piano terra, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un po’ di odore di umidità, infatti si vedono i segni sui muri un po’ scrostati! Il giardino è carino, ma non utilizzabile vista la quantità incolta di piante (ma per colazioni, pranzi e cene la terrazza è comunque molto meglio)...attenzione a non andare in giardino al buio, c’e una bellissima tartaruga che ci abita e abbiamo rischiato di pestarla la prima sera!! La casa in generale presenta segni di usura, ma in generale ci siamo trovati bene!! La consiglio a chi vuole passare le vacanze in tranquillità lontano dal caos dei centri abitati!!

OL SOGGIORNO POTEVA ESSERE MIGLIORE

La villetta è molto bella e sorge in una posizione splendida, ma è doveroso fare alcune precisazioni sui disservizi riscontrati durante il nostro soggiorno: - vengono dichiarate tre camere da letto ma una è talmente piccola che non è vivibile per una coppia adulta ma solo per due bambini - le pulizie al nostro arrivo non erano state effettuate per cui abbiamo dovuto sopperire noi affittuari a tale mancanza nonostante avessimo versato in anticipo la cifra richiesta per tale prestazione - l' aria condizionata non funzionava - il boiler dell' acqua calda perdeva

Buongiorno Sig. Liverani, Vedo solo ora la sua recensione e mi dispiace che le rispondo con un anno di ritardo. Mi dispiace per i disservizi riscontrati. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia ci affidiamo da anni alla stessa ragazza e mai nessun altro ci aveva segnalato un problema simile, comunque sarà mia premura farglielo presente. Per quanto riguarda il boiler e l’aria condizionata purtroppo sono cose che possono succedere...sono stati entrambi riparati. La terza camera effettivamente è un po’ piccola, va bene per un adulto o per due bambini, infatti la casa é dichiarata solo per 6 persone, poi se si ci vuole adattare, i posti letto sono 8 / 10. La ringrazio comunque per le sue segnalazioni e la sua collaborazione e ci terrei volesse riprovare un soggiorno a casa mia con la promessa di rimborsare il costo se qualcosa non va. Grazie. Paolo

Wunderschöner Ausblick!

Wir haben 3 Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in der Villa Maria verbracht. Was mit diesen Fotos nicht wirklich vermittelt wird, ist der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse und vor allen Dingen von der Dachterrasse. Dort hatten wir direkten und atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Olbia. Gerade Abends war der Ausblick mit den vielen Lichtern wunderschön. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind toll, gerade der nahe gelegene Strand von Porto Istana, leider aber viel zu voll im Sommer, deswegen haben wir immer wieder für den leeren, und trotzdem wunderschönen Strand Marina Maria entschieden. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur ein Manko muss erwähnt werden. Ein Zimmer war leider wegen Schimmel und extremen Gestanks nicht nutzbar. Wir würden dieses Haus trotzdem wieder mieten und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Che spettacolo !!!!!!

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questa splendida villa nella settimana di ferragosto insieme ad un'altra coppia per un totale 7 persone. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria di una gentilezza e disponibilità unicala quale ci ha messo a disposizione scorte di acqua in abbondanza, spezie e pure una bottiglia del famoso cannonau(che buono) Tutta la villa era pulitissima e ordinata biancheria e asciugamani in abbondanza . Devo dire che la realtà che si è presentata ai nostri occhi supera di gran lunga le fotografie , posizione unica in collina a mio modo di vedere la migliore della zona, tranquillità assicurata , vista del golfo di Olbia e data la posizione sovraelevata anche la ventilazione era perfetta , terrazzone enorme e ombreggiato ideale sia per la colazione il pranzo e la cena, stanze da letto fresche e bagni spaziosi,a disposizione anche giardino con barbecue e solarium e per finire posto macchina al coperto per 2 auto , insomma in poche parole una villa unifamiliare da consigliare. Anche per i contatti e le pratiche da definire nel pre-vacanza i proprietari si sono resi sempre disponibili e cortesi.Da parte nostra essendo stati tra i primi affittuari crediamo di aver avuto la massima cura della villa come è nostro uso e costume in ogni soggiorno da ormai 10 anni in questa splendida terra che è la Sardegna. Saluti da tutti noi alla signora Maria e al signor Paolo, prevedere il futuro è impossibile ma prima o poi spero di essere di nuovo vostro ospite

Bellissima!!!! Tornerò

Bellissima casa, situata nella tranquilla collina di capo ceraso a due passi dal mare, con vista spettacolare ,sul golfo di Olbia da un lato e sulla Tavolara dall'altra. Mega terrazza perfetta x aperitivi e cene con amici. Molto pulita ed in ordine.Perfetta per famiglie con bambini!
