Small studio chalet de15m2 with private terrace and south-west facing garden located next to our chalet. This studio is new designed for 2 people and is located in a quiet residential area. It is located 400 m from the center of Les Carroz and sports activities (Aquacime, hiking ....) and 100m from a free shuttle bus stop in winter.

Such a great spot! The place is very clean and lovely and perfect location just a short walk from city center and shuttle stop to access the mountain. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location, 5 - 10 mins walk to village centre, on bus route to Ski lift, Breath taking views, really nice accommodation owners who were really helpful. WiFi was a bit of hit and miss in the chalet, but I bought a French SIM so didn't bother me at all.

A wonderful peaceful alternative to an apartment for 1-2 people, this secluded mini-chalet-style studio has all the facilities you need and a lovely sun terrace with fabulous mountain views as well. Bed folds up into the wall and becomes a sofa for daytime in one easy 5-second movement. WiFi signal with a booster in place is strong and the speed is fast. There’s a powerful shower and a good sized washbasin in the bathroom. The kitchen has all types of appliances except dishwasher, traditional oven or freezer. The induction hob, microwave, and other modern appliances are good and the fridge is good quality and size. There’s plenty of cupboard room and an extra storage cupboard outside for skis and empty luggage etc.. The owners, Françoise and André, are wonderful and live in the main chalet next door. They’re they’re if you need them, and not if you don’t and are instantly available via WhatsApp. It is located in a very quiet area of the village, yet only 4 minutes’ lazy walk into the centre. Highly recommended.

Appréciation générale sur la localisation dans le village, sur le bien et sur les propriétaires.

Le bien est situé à proximité du centre du village, proche des commerçants et à quelques pas du club de bridge des Carroz. Les meubles et l'ensemble des équipements (électro-ménager, sanitaires, ...) sont d'excellente qualité. La disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires sont excellentes, tout est fait pour le bien-être des visiteurs et pour qu'ils se sentent "comme chez-eux". Un grand merci et toutes nos félicitations à Madame et Monsieur Peler pour leur accueil. Nous reviendrons prochainement à différentes saisons. Michel et Gisèle
