Charming and pretty 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo that sleeps four is located on the 10th floor of the Phoenix VI. The kitchen and bathroom were updated in 2020!

· Flat screen televisions in the bedroom and the living area

· Queen sofa sleeper, DVD/VCR combo player, and stereo system in the living area

· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances

· Seating for four at the table in the dining area and one stool at the kitchen bar

· Master bedroom has a king size bed - with new mattress!

· Master bathroom has an extended vanity and a shower and tub combination

Memorial weekend

Neat and clean and the view was perfect needed an extra roll of toilet paper and should provide dishwashing liquid The bed could be less noisy and more comfortable

Awesome! Best and cleanist place we have ever stayed.

Clean and very helpful. All the staff was very nice, especially the parking attendant he was very polite. Great vacation!

Comfortable stay

My wife and I brought our 8 month old girl to the beach for the first time. The weather was not the best, but the stay was comfortable. Everything was easy to check in and out to proximity of our parking space to the room.
