About this property

Modern Villa, amazing private pool

5 Suites, 6 wc, 4 walk in closets, swimming pool 4x10 m 2m depth, cascade, 600m walking to the earest bech and town center, where you can fin many restaurants and bars and shops. 3 main supermarkets less tha 1km away. Very beautyfull beaches a few km away, so we advise the use of a car. The Villa is very spacious, and has a terrace with sea view where you can enjoy very nice sunsets, this area has also one shower.
there is a totally independent maintenance room on the back of the vila at garage level where the owners can stay or not, as we need and if you don't mind.

Beautiful very modern kitchen.

16m2 bathroom, very large showers

Swimming pool 14x4m depth 2m. Cascade.

Barbecue outside.

Big terrace with sea view, and also sunsets.

Private Garage and parking for many cars.

Full Ar conditioned.

Cleaning twice a week ( can be agreed more)

I only accept maximum of 8 (10 could fit easily and there are 5 rooms) because I want to keep the house with a confortable usage.

This is my family house. It has exclusive and personal design and touch. It is a really unique house .

very well prepared to accept a disabled or elderly person.

Very modern, well furnished. 3 living rooms one outside.
