1000m from the tennis courts, and 100m from shops.
- Living room with a 150 cm sofa bed, a TV, storage space, and a French window opening onto an east-facing balcony.
- Hallway with toilet and closet.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and washing machine.
- Separate kitchen : 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, and two small south-facing windows.
- Bedroom : a 140 cm bed, storage space, and a French window opening onto a balcony facing east/southeast.
Please note: a cupboard behind the curtain in the entrance hall is locked for the owner's use.
Pets are not allowed. Linen is not provided.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Out of season, electricity and heating are charged extra and must be paid for on departure.
