Excellent location. Safe, clean, rooms with beautiful views. Security check in was problematic. Our ID information sent to Iran.Sanchez@vacasa.com was not communicated to the security folks at the entrance of the complex that we sent a week ahead. Had to wait at the gate under the hot sun and resend ID information to Isis.fernandez@vacasa.com using our phone. Took more than an hour to clear. We didn't use the kitchen at all excepting for preparing coffee or tea in the morning. Coffee maker was supplied upon request. Start up toiletries were missing which was provided upon request. Overall enjoyed our stay at Cancun. Thanks.

The apartment is in an exclusive area with a lot of security. A few steps from La Marina and stores. The attention of the staff was very good and the apartment was very big. I highly recommend it.

Excelente propiedad, excelente host y algunos detalles por reparar.

La propiedad está en excelentes condiciones, estuvimos disfrutándola por una semana completa, la comunicación con el host es excelente la limpieza cuando entregaron la propiedad excelente. Al momento de la entrada tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con una hora de retraso pero la buena comunicación con el host logro resolver la situación. El único detalle significativo de la propiedad, es un problema de olor muy fuerte en las cañerías pero no es que sea un problema en la propiedad netamente sino creo que es un problema en el edificio y me atrevería a decir que es un problema en la zona. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y podíamos caminar al mall Marina y Cuando caminábamos se sentía aún el olor en el ambiente. De resto disfrutamos bastante el apartamento, la piscina en el último piso, el gym y el parque Indoor para niños.
