2 Bed Apartment On PGA Golf Course

2 Bed apartment on the excellent Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort.

Capable of sleeping up to 5 adults and also equipped with a cot. There is 4 single beds and a fold out bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with all the mod cons, including air conditioning, TV with cable TV & DVD player. We have air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room which many other apartments do not offer.

The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, Iron, plates, cutlery, mugs & glasses.

The apartment also has a balcony, with sun loungers & table & chairs, which looks out onto a massive communal swimming pool. The resort also has a host of other communal pools, multi sports courts & tennis courts.

There are also a number of play parks around the resort.

The resort also boasts bar & restaurants in the centre of the resort.

The apartment is located very close to the golf clubhouse, less than 5 minute walk, and also to the driving range.

It is a very quiet & tranquil resort and you can take in all the surroundings on a leisurely walk.

The resort also boast a supermarket for all your needs.

Great little apartment

A great priced apartment and as described. Beautiful views from the balcony to the large pool and only a few minutes walk to the restaurant and shop. Would definitely book again.

Loved the apartment everything as listed awesome pool and location, town of Sucina very nice nice restaurants and made feel welcome few problems at start of rental but sorted out by owner. All in all very good.

Lovely apartment

The apartment was expected, lovely postion with nice view. Golf club was well maintained, very secure and had a handy supermarket that wasnt over priced. Our only reservation was it was a bit remote but we had a car so it didnt matter. Would recommend.

The furniture and equipment were quite basic. There was no welcome information such as instructions for use of appliances/ aircon/ wifi etc as I have had at other rentals on the site. But It was clean and presentable and in a great location right near the club house, shop and 2 big pools. The key holder was friendly and helpful.

We found the apartment to be well equipped and welcoming. Very well located on the site nearer than most the others to the excellent facilities. We used the Restaurant and Bar most days but enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise and listening to the chorus of birds. We were well placed to explore the surrounding areas as this resort is located just a few km from good transport links. Will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Well equipped flat.

Flat was clean and well equipped. The flat also had a good orientation so you can get a great breeze through in the afternoon which means it is not too hot. Communication with the owners was fantastic. They responded quickly to every query. This was one of the cheaper flats when I came to book but it was one of the best experiences we have had booking on the resort.

The resort is lovely, but whilst we were there one of the dining room chairs was not safe to sit on. It was so wobbly it looked like it would collapse. The front door handle fell off on the inside so had to use the key to open the front door. There was no hot water and when I contacted the key holder he’d been given the wrong date for arrival. Luckily he managed to get a clean in and get us in by the early afternoon. This apartment could be lovely but needs some TLC.

Appartement parfait pour des vacances en famille. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire comme a la maison. La climatisation est un réel plus et la piscine juste près de l'appartement est au top. Quelques soucis de chaudière mais Michael et Aidan ont été très réactifs.

Gesamthaft eine Gute Wohnung, einzig der Boiler hatte so seine Macken, wurde aber nach einem Anruf bei Aidan, der einen Guten Job macht gut organisiert und wurde dann beim zweiten mal auch Repariert.

La recepción...

El complejo es acogedor y muy grande, son apartamentos con diferentes dueños.. son apartamentos muy completos con todos los electrodomésticos aunque faltos de limpieza.. te encuentras comida en la nevera que han dejado otros clientes, no hay recepción, una persona se pone en contacto contigo y te lo entrega las llaves... y seria importante que esta persona hablara español, xq hay personas que aún no hablamos ingles, y fue todo un lío.... son cosas que habría que mejorar y si lo hacen volvería sin problemas....

Thanks for the review. In a complex like this with lots of private apartments you are renting there is no reception like a hotel, but you are met at the entrance by the key holder to show you to the apartment. The apartment is cleaned extensively before guests arrived.
