Wonderful 4 bedroom home with pool house and in-ground pool and 8 + person hot tub. Beautiful home in a small private gated cul-de-sac neighborhood of 5 houses. Walk to Caughlin Ranch and Mayberry Villa. Close to I80 and downtown. Wonderful location, great home and property. The main house has 2 master bedrooms with King beds (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). The home also includes a detached pool house with a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, bathroom with steam shower and pull out sofa bed. It is a perfect flex space to relax, exercise, or host additional guests.

Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with good people (only 5 houses) Wonderful House with pool house. Great walking paths and walk to wine and coffee at Mayberry Landing.
