Washington park bungalow private bottom unit with hot tub!!

Dog-Friendly (additional $20 per night per dog) just two blocks from Wash Park. Relax and enjoy this spacious unit that comes with a private backyard with a doggy door, hot tub, office area, kitchenette & two smart TV's complete with Apple TV for streaming. Just a short uber/Lyft ride from downtown and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or business trip.

The space
This private basement unit has it's own separate entrance and is very large with a living area with 2 couches, bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, desk and washer and dryer.

Guest access
The guests will have full access to the backyard, hot tub, washer/dryer, grill, etc.

Other things to note
YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG! There is an additional charge of $15 per dog per night. We are dog-friendly, but NO PUPPIES, destructive dogs, or dogs that aren’t potty trained. Unfortunately, we DO NOT allow cats. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE UNIT, smoking is allowed outside. Thank you!

Good communication

Although I can’t honestly review the property because I was unable to stay, I can speak to how the owner handled the situation. Todd had great communication and responded to my questions almost immediately.

Very nice stay but the heater wouldn't turn off and the hot tub wasn't to hot

The heat can be set to whatever temp you desire as stated in the welcome book. The hot tub gets as hot as 104 degrees.

This property wasn’t what I expected from the pictures in the listing. Location was great because our son lives nearby. Bed was very comfortable. No live TV to watch major sporting eventsHappening at the time. . Bathroom, so-so.

You can easily watch live TV. Linda unfortunately did not know how to access apps on the apple TV. She wanted to watch the world series which was easy to watch on the fox app.

I liked being close to Sloan Lake.

Not real close to downtown but there are limited shops/ restaurants within walking distance. It would be nice to have absorbant dish rags/towels
