Very close to the shores of Lake Annecy, you will be seduced by this house with private parking located in a quiet dead end with a beautiful and unobstructed view of the mountains.
It is located 3 km from the center of the village and the bike path, 4 km from the lake and the beach and 9 km from the city center of Annecy.

Super holiday home in a lovely area. Easy to get to the “voie verte” and the cycle paths and also situated close to the Col de Leschaux and the Col du Semnoz, so a great base for cycling. We hardly used the cars. The house is comfortable and well-equipped. The pool is a good size and gets sun most of the day and well into the evening. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We were a party of 6; two grandparents, two parents and two children. We had a really superb time; the region is full of possibilities for outdoor activities and the house is great for the pool, playing games, relaxing and enjoying the barbecue. The fridge is massive which meant we didn’t need to buy provisions every day; in fact, the house has everything you need. Absolutely loved our holiday and we were very sad to leave.

Net huis op mooie locatie en heerlijke tuin

De ontvangst door de eigenaresse was heel hartelijk. De locatie tegen een heuvel was top. Een mooie onderhouden tuin met veel zit mogelijkheden, terrassen en een lekker zwembad. In de avond uurtjes een lekker koel windje. Alle voorzieningen op minder dan 10 minuten afstand met de auto; supermarkten, het strand van Jorioz, een verse bakkerij. Het huis is sfeervol en persoonlijk ingericht. Veel faciliteiten beschikbaar voor de gasten en speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen. Een mooie gasbarbeque voor een gezellige gastronomische avond.

Vacances dans un cadre formidable !

Nous avions loué la maison pour 3 semaines. Nos enfants et petits-enfants sont venus à tour de rôle profiter de la piscine et de la très belle maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le super barbecue, la terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas (sans exception !) et les 2 vélos mis à notre disposition. Avec les petits, nous avons également apprécié la machine à laver. Merci à Florence et Alexandre pour leur accueil, leur confiance et leur attentions à notre arrivée et pendant le séjour.

Séjour agréable près d’Annecy

Accueil chaleureux et propriétaires très sympathiques à l’écoute de leurs hôtes! La maison offre une très belle vue sur la montagne. Proche du Lac, on peut facilement s’y rendre sans forcément être obligé de traverser Annecy. Proche des commerces et pistes cyclables!

Une maison avec une vue de carte postal

La maison est top même s’il faut monter cette petite côte pour mériter cette vue magnifique sur le lac.
