Maisonnette tres bien située avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un un bon séjour. La literie est confortable (matelas ferme). La présence d'une climatisation a été très appréciable durant notre séjours (période de canicule).Yvon est un hôte agréable qui communique parfaitement et qui a su nous trouver une solution a une demande particulière. La place de parking pour un véhicule est assurée et plusieurs restaurants d'un très bon niveau sont présents à une durée, a pieds, comprise entre 5 et 20 min du logement. Également 2 supérettes à 5 et 10 min, bonne boulangerie a 6 min et gare a environ 10/12 min.

Tres bon accueil. Loueur present et a l'ecoute de nos attentes rt besoins. Region tres agréable meme s'il a fallu composer avec une météo capricieuse et une température inférieure à la normale pour la saison. Mais pas limité à la region ( vague de froid les premiers jour du séjour ). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Appartement convenable, le seul problème pour mon amie et moi-même était que table et chaises à l'américaine ne sont pas conçues pour des personnes âgées. De même les lits 1 place étaient trop bas, sinon rien de particulier.

Très bien

Appartement très confortable et très agréable à vivre. Il est situé à 5 mn à pieds de la gare et du centre ville. La climatisation dans la pièce à vivre est bienvenue surtout par les fortes chaleurs. L’équipement est complet et la remise des clés par boîtier est facile. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Bonjour louis, merci pour votre appréciation. Désolé de ne pas vous avoir croisé sur le week-end j’étais en stage de ski maintenant que la neige est tombée ! Pour le menage, le coût de 60€ est le forfait nettoyage standard suite à un séjour qu’il soit court ou long, mais tout se négocie si besoin… Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau si vous revenez sur Aix les bains, Cordialement Yvon

Situation idéale

L'appartement de Yvon est idéalement situé. Il nous a permis pour un week-end de profiter de cette jolie ville balnéaire . La proximité de différents thermes et spa, mais aussi du lac et du centre ville à pieds est idéal. L'appartement est bien équipé, cosy et on s'y sent bien. Nous recommandons.

Vacances au bord du lac

Belle maison avec un petit jardin en plein centre d'Aix les bains;nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme. Bien située nous avons pu faire beaucoup de randonnées au départ de la maison,ainsi qu'une belle promenade en bateau sur le lac. Je recommande++avec en plus un propriétaire discret et très gentil.Laurence Maret.
